More Than Training — A Culture in Motion

At Rossmin, training isn't just about ticking boxes. It's about building confidence, protecting lives, and unlocking the full potential of every operator. In 2025, we launched a series of focused, technical sessions that brought clarity, consistency, and pride to every corner of our operation.

Operators explored in detail the mechanics and importance of the plant from the roar of the jaw crusher to the precision of the mill.

Led by Jorge Mota, these sessions weren't lectures — they were dialogues. They empowered teams to understand not just what to do, but why it matters, grounded in our DEAR values: Determination, Ethics, Accountability, and Respect.

Sessions included use of tools and getting the basics right: the right tool, used the right way, prevents the wrong outcome.
